Timothy F. Wilkens graduated graduated from the New York State University College at Buffalo with a B.A. in 1980 and then received his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 1988.

Tim is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He has practiced primarily in the areas of matrimonial and family law since 1992.

Tim is employed as an associate with the law firm of Capasso & Massaroni LLP with offices in Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, Schoharie, and western New York.

Tim is married and resides with his wife in East Berne, New York. When not practicing law, he enjoys traveling, local history and is an avid runner.
