CURRICULUM VITAE: John R. Seebold is a graduate of Union College (B.A. 1986) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. 1989). He was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Schenectady County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. John is an active member of the Schenectady County Bar Association. He was the Treasurer of the Schenectady County Bar Association from 1996 through 2001; the Vice President from 2001 to 2003, the President from 2003 to 2005, and is a current member of the Association Board of Directors. John has two daughters, Mariah and Gabrielle, and lives in Schoharie, New York. When not practicing law, John enjoys working on his house, traveling and playing golf. John is an Eagle Scout and remains active in the scouting organization as a Unit Commissioner. He is also President of the Alumni Organization for his undergraduate fraternity, Delta Phi of Union College. John is a Partner in the law firm of Capasso & Massaroni LLP with offices in Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, Schoharie, and western New York.
