John was admitted to the State and Federal Bars in 1980 and has concentrated his practice in representing injured people for over twenty (20) years. He is a member of the Schenectady County, New York State and American Bar Associations, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and is certified as an Advocate by the National College of Trial Advocacy. He is on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and is a Chairman of the Trial Law Committee of the Schenectady County Bar Association and has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocacy Forum. He has lectured for the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, Schenectady County Bar Association, and Albany Law School. He is a Partner in the law firm of CAPASSO & MASSARONI LLP with offices in Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, Schoharie, and western New York.
