ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW
History of Capasso & Massaroni LLP
Capasso
& Massaroni LLP was established in 1988. The firm was then known
as Capasso, Burns & Massaroni and was solely located in Schenectady,
New York. Vincent
Capasso, Jr. and John R. Massaroni, the two remaining founders
of Capasso & Massaroni LLP, have been practicing law for over
20 years. Capasso & Massaroni LLP has been recognized by the legal
community as being very skilled in the field of civil litigation.
In addition, both Vincent Capasso, Jr. and John R. Massaroni have
conducted seminars for the New York State Bar Association, the
New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital District
Trial Lawyers Association and the Schenectady County Bar Association.
In 2000, John R. Seebold, formerly an associate, became a partner
of Capasso & Massaroni LLP. Since 2000, one associate has been
added, Timothy F. Wilkens and Paul Briggs of Counsel. In addition
to their Schenectady, New York office, Capasso & Massaroni LLP
now has branch offices in Saratoga, Schoharie, and western New
York. Capasso & Massaroni LLP primarily practices in the areas
of personal injury litigation and matrimonial law. In addition,
in recent years, Capasso & Massaroni LLP has begun handling age,
sex, and disability discrimination cases under federal and state
law as well as cases of sexual harassment. As they have been since
the start, Capasso & Massaroni LLP is dedicated to one simple
concept - fighting for the rights of their clients. Capasso &
Massaroni LLP treats each case like it is the most important case
in their office. They take on your problems and make them their
own, providing you with the same dedication and effort which they
would put into resolving problems for themselves or their own
families.
